Reset and Restore -
A Gentle Introduction to Detoxification

Locations: Bollington & Alderley Edge

Dates: January 2027 dates TBC

Looking for a January reset that doesn't involve restriction, extreme diets or another short-lived health kick?

Join me for a practical session exploring how you can support digestion, energy and your body's natural detoxification processes through everyday food and lifestyle choices.

Rather than focusing on what you need to cut out, we'll look at what you can add in to help your body do what it is already designed to do.

What's included?
We’ll unpack what detoxification actually means, explore the difference between a detox, cleanse and fast, and look at the science behind the body's own detoxification systems – including the important roles of the liver, gut and other elimination pathways.

You’ll learn simple ways to support these processes through food, hydration, movement, and lifestyle, as well as exploring some of the everyday factors that can add to our overall toxic load.

There’ll be plenty of opportunity for Q&A and discussion, plus practical take-home resources and simple, actionable steps you can introduce straight away – including ideas for reducing unnecessary exposures around the home.
