I fuse eastern philosophy with evidence based, scientific healthcare systems. Recommendations cover diet & nutrition, exercise programs, functional medicine detoxes, nutritional supplement recommendations, lifestyle habit changes and much more, using state of the art functional medicine lab testing to help identify root causes of dis-ease and rebalance the body.

Why Full Circle Health & Wellness?

YOU are unique, as is everybody. And as such there is no one size fits all. When working with me there is no 15 minute slot, no quick ‘fix’, I take the time to understand you and your journey, using state of the art functional lab testing to identify the root cause of your symptoms. My programmes are tailored to help you every step of the way, over weeks and months, with regular check-ins and scheduled appointments so we can follow up on test results, monitor progress and adapt where necessary. Most importantly you will not feel alone or unheard, I will be your guide and support along the way.

My Approach

My approach follows the DESTRESS protocol that looks at both mind and body; we’ll work through Diet & Nutrition, Exercise, Stress Reduction, Toxin Removal, Rest, Emotions, Supplements and Success Mindset.

My Philosophy

I believe that the body is not messing up; symptoms are simply the body's way of telling us it’s out of balance, a plea for help and attention; a dis-ease is a name given to a group of these symptoms. Together we will work on finding the underlying root cause; be it replacing deficiencies and/or removing toxicities; to rebalance the body naturally.

The journey I take with my clients empowers them to take back control of their health and wellbeing to see them live the healthiest life they can; in body, mind and lifestyle; becoming the very best versions of themselves.

About Me.

I am passionate about empowering women (and men) to take back control of their own health. As we age, many of us consider symptoms such as weight gain, lethargy and joint pain ‘normal’ but the truth is we have the power to achieve a different outcome. Imagine waking with energy and vitality, not hitting that afternoon slump and tackling life with a happy, positive mental attitude. Well it is possible, I have taken this journey myself.

Suffering with chronic skin conditions and seasonal allergies since childhood, I spent the majority of my life simply accepting this as the hand (genes) I had been dealt. In my mid-twenties the digestive issues began, and after a series of hospital visits, tests and multiple diet journals I was finally given a diagnosis of IBS and told to live with it. 

 

Like many women, the birth of my first child led me to explore the best diet and lifestyle choices as well as looking to alternative therapies and natural health. After seeing a natural health practitioner I learnt my GI issues stemmed from SIBO (small intestinal bacteria overgrowth) and being empowered with this information I was able to heal my gut. This journey led to the understanding that there is no one diet, no one solution or magic pill, and that a holistic approach encompassing not only diet but also movement, mindset and your environment can rebalance the body.

 

After diving deep into nutrition and integrative health disciplines I no longer suffer from my chronic conditions, and I'm now on a mission to share this knowledge with others - empowering them to rebalance their bodies and live the life they’ve been dreaming of.

 

Balance

As a full-time working mum I understand just how hard it is to pour from an empty cup, and daily stressors have a big part to play in our health and wellbeing. It’s no linear journey and I am the first to admit that there are ups and downs, struggles and well - life! A big part of my approach is about giving clients the tools to ride these waves and understand life is about balance.

 

Client wellness plans are built to flex; it’s not about being restricted, rather rebalancing the body and taking a healthier approach to living, making sustainable choices that make us feel great.
